This is a set of two high strength hybrid 3d printed/ composite fans and their brackets.
The fans reproduce exactly the shape of the full size fans. They windmill in flight thanks to two bearings. The bracket system is sturdy and allows to counter the gyroscopic effects of the rotating mass.
The fan is hybrid and made from a 3D printed hub with ball bearing holders and a set of 28 composite molded ultra light blades.
The new turbofan assembly is significantly lighter and stronger than the previous Gen 4/ Gen 5 product.
